Nervia M168 is water-based nano-thermal insulation coating designed for roofing. The nano silica insulation technology can effectively reflect off more than 85% of the thermal radiation, M168 provide thermal insulation, anti rust and waterproof effect. SGS report also confirm it does not contains heavy metal or dangerous substances.

Anti-Rust

The rust-inhibitory ability of this product can effectively prevent the oxidation of the paint plate and rust phenomenon.

Waterproof performance is excellent, equivalent to provide a layer of protective layer to reduce water leakage caused by water leakage problems and enhance the building life.

Heat Conductivity

The heat conductivity of this product is 0.035W/m-k, effectively shield off heat, and the temperature difference of the metal roof using the coating of this product is 15-20 degrees.

Heat Insulation

The Total Solar Reflectivity is 85%, the product is suitable for general plant or residential, it reduce indoor temperature to improve work efficiency, reduce electricity costs.
